Custom menus suited for a party of eight or more.
To make sure we offer you the best culinary experience possible, the party must agree upon ONE of the three menus available.
Your order has to be placed at least three days before arriving.

Served with hand-peeled shrimp, wine-boiled blue mussels from the West Coast and cheese cream and gratinated garlic bread
White wine poached fillet of hake
Served with fresh potato crassé flavored with lemon and fresh herbs, butter-boiled asparagus from Gotland and Sandefjord sauce with trout roe, dill and chives and herb salad with radish shavings
Crème Brulé
with Tahitian vanilla flavor served with wild strawberry sorbet, fresh summer berries and wild strawberry macarones

Skagen on hand-peeled prawns topped with bleak roe and pickled red onion served on Danish rye bread with dill vinaigrette and crispy herb salad
Butterfried Cod Loin
Butter-fried cod loin served with sauté with summer cabbage, asparagus, onion and red mangold, crushed new potatoes with lemon, ramson and chervil, shellfish beurre blanc, herb salad with grated horseradish, crab and carrot
Strawberry Cheesecake
Served with strawberry sorbet with mint, strawberry and rhubarb compote and mini meringues and elderberry curd

Tartelette filled with Passion Fruit
Tartelette filled with passion fruit and white chocolate ganache with Italian meringue served with milk chocolate ice cream, fresh passion fruit, chocolate flarn and fudge filled raspberries
