Custom menus suited for a party of eight or more.

To make sure we offer you the best culinary experience possible, the party must agree upon ONE of the three menus available.

Your order has to be placed at least three days before arriving.

Handpeeled shrimp topped with bleak roe served on Danish rye bread with pickled red onion, crispy herb salad and dill vinaigrette

Halibut

White wine poached halibut and cod cheek served with seafood croquettes flavored with fresh herbs and cheese, butter fried mixed autumn mushrooms with spinach, parsley and spring onions and vermouth beurre blanc with bleak- and trout roe

Blueberry Cheesecake

Served with vanilla and lemon ice cream with crême fraiche, blueberry coulis, mini meringues with lime and fresh blueberries and blackberries

Kalix Bleak Roe

served with crispy potato cakes, smetana, red onion, chive, lemon and dill

Fillet of Beef

Fried tenderized fillet of beef served with crispy potato crouton with garlic and fresh herbs, baked autumn primeurs, sauteed black cabbage with shallot and autumn apple, calvados gravy and herb salad
