Rates
Full day Conference 545:- excl. VAT pp.
Includes conference room, morning coffee and sandwich, lunch incl. lunch drink, afternoon coffee and cake
Half day Conference 445:- excl. VAT pp.
Includes conference room, lunch incl. lunch drink, morning coffee and sandwich or afternoon coffee and cake
All rooms have data projectors, wireless internet access, whiteboards, flip charts, etc.
Lunch
Conference lunch in the restaurant can be booked between at. 11:30 to 14:00.
Dinner
Do you wish to continue the conference with a dinner with us?
Then please enter this in the conference booking and we will be happy to give you a menu suggestions and an offer (minimum 10 participants)
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations later than four weeks prior to arrival are charged at 25%, three weeks before arrival 50%, two weeks before arrival 75%, and 1 week before arrival 100% of the value of the order. Cancellation of part of the booked arrangement shall mean the part canceled will be charged for.

Parking
Parking is appropriate in the large parking lot which is on the left when turning into Långedrag. All-day parking currently costs SEK 15:-.
